In case of withdrawal and cancellation: during the COVID-19 contingency, “the validity is maintained and must be exercised within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of the contract, provided that the service does not begin to be executed before 5 days.” As noted, according to article 17 of decree 482 of 2020, and article 4 of decree 557, the refund will not be made in money but in services of the same company.
